Privacy Policy

This site is personal. I keep data collection narrow and only use what is needed to keep the site working, protect the contact form from spam, and reply if you contact me.

What I collect

I only collect two kinds of data:

  • What you send me directly through the contact form.
  • Basic runtime and security data that Cloudflare needs to serve the site and protect it.

If you use the contact form, that can include:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your company or team name
  • budget, timing, stack, and project details you choose to include
  • anything else you write in the message

What happens when you contact me

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Messages are forwarded to my Gmail inbox so I can read and reply to them.

That means Cloudflare may process:

  • your IP address
  • browser and device signals
  • request and security logs
  • interaction signals used by Turnstile

I may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic page traffic and performance without marketing cookies or personal profiling.

How I use the data

I use submitted data for a short list of practical reasons:

  • to read and reply to your message
  • to decide whether a project is a fit
  • to keep the site and contact form secure
  • to diagnose abuse, delivery problems, or obvious technical issues

I do not sell your data. I do not build mailing lists from contact-form submissions. I do not hand your message to third-party lead brokers or ad platforms.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use marketing cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary browser storage or similar mechanisms so the challenge can work properly. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use client-side cookies.

Data retention

I keep contact-form messages for as long as they are useful for handling the inquiry, following up, or keeping basic records of the conversation.

I keep security and runtime data only as long as the hosting and protection services require it.

If you want your contact-form data removed, ask and I will remove what I control unless I need to keep it for a legitimate operational or legal reason.

Third-party services involved

Your choices

You can ask me to:

  • confirm whether I still have your contact-form message
  • correct obviously wrong details
  • delete the message and related personal details that I control

The easiest way to do that is to contact me from the same email address you used before.

Changes

If I change how this site handles data in a meaningful way, I will update this page.
